"I had an excellent experience with using Tuff Shield. I needed a rush job because my roof was leaking and they got me in very quickly even though they were already pretty booked up. The guys worked really hard, were quick, professional & did an excellent clean up job, which I really appreciated because I have a dog! I would recommend them to anyone who's looking to get quality work done professionally & economically. I had a couple small concerns and when Luke (the owner) came by to pick up the final payment he took care of them immediately while he was there which I really thought was great! They could be a little better in communicating with you about when things are happening and whatnot, but given the fact they were squeezing me in I'm sure that had a lot to do with it. I would like to add that even though they didn't call me, when I had a question and I called I could get a hold of Luke right away, no answering machine or calling back and forth. I'm planning in the future to have my house sided and they also do that and I'd definitely look at hiring them again!"
